Why do I not get any ads for second chances at the end of a level?

Watching videos can definitely help players who need extra help winning levels!. Unfortunately, video ads are not a permanent feature in King games. Be aware that tests are done with different players across different King games to ensure the best player experience. Since these test groups are totally random and change, you will probably get ads at some time in your game.
Video ads for extra moves or rewards are not available for all players or all accounts. They’re turned on automatically only when available for your device and account, and there isn’t a way to enable them manually.
A few things to know:
If ads are available for you, they’ll appear automatically. If not, they’re just not active for your account right now.
