The Studio team has now released a fix for the recent freezing, lagging, and crashing issues some players experienced after updating to version 1.327.0.1.
The fix should now be rolling out for both Android and iOS players. Please check your app store for the latest available update.
A few players have already shared that installing the newest update has solved the issue for them, which is great to hear.
Please note that updates can sometimes take a little while to appear for everyone, depending on your device, region, or app store. If you do not see the update yet, please give it a little time and check again later.

Is anyone else’s games freezing and then crashing? The last few days my games are consistently freezing and crashing. Costing me gold bars and boosters. I have good internet service and am having the same problem using my data on my phone.
update. Still having the same problem. My internet and my iphone 17 pro have not changed and I have not had a problem with any other app or game. I will monitor for when Candy Crush has a fix for the problem but until then I am done with the game. It has cost me too many gold bars and boosters. It only seems to freeze when I am using them and close to winning.
