No recibo las vidas que me envían

No recibo ninguna vida que me envían mis amigos.

Cuando le doy a recargar vidas.

Despues no me llega ninguna vida

tengo muchos años de usar el juego y en los últimos 6 meses no recibo vidas a lo sumo 2 a la semana contra 7 u 8 solicitudes de ayuda, qu todo el tiempo contesto. Cómo puedo arreglar eso? Tengo más de 100 amigos activos y no recibo vidas!! No se me hace justo pues si hago compras en el juego, ya he realizado todos los pasos que recomiendan y nada!! Que puedo hacer???
