Anyone else have an issue with the booster wheel not letting you spin? Mine says come back in xxx hours for the next spin, but the next spin never comes. I am so stuck on level 7280 and I need some booster help!!

A previous Booster Wheel issue was fixed, but I can see that some players are still reporting unusual timers, so I’m continuing to monitor new cases.
If your Booster Wheel is still not working, please first:
If you recently changed your device time manually, or traveled across time zones, please set your device date and time to automatic, restart the game, and check again after the next local midnight.

I’ve checked with the team and we can confirm that there is an issue affecting the Booster Wheel, which is why some of you are seeing the timer stuck or not being able to spin.
The team is already working on a fix, and we’re pushing to have this resolved as soon as possible.
In the meantime, there isn’t anything specific you need to do on your side, just make sure your game is updated when a new version becomes available.

I don't understand why they aren't able to fix it. I know there are a lot of us like myself who have been months w/o it working. The CC team are able to build so many great games and teams to join within the game itself that seem like they would be much more difficult of a challenge than fixing the booster wheel. I don't get it.

My booster wheel rarely works as it does not count down hours, this has been happening for weeks what can I do?
Account # 1111273375 I saw posts that said to fix the booster wheel to update the candy crush app. Can someone explain to me how that works if I play only on my desktop? I am tired of being stuck but now wondering if this is a ploy to get people to pay to play…..
we shouldn’t, but some levels are impossible to beat w/o a booster.
Why do we have to do this, it messes everything up. Why can't support fix everything?

Done everything and sent what you asked for, id, screenshots etc etc. So tired of this - fix it or I quit!
Seems a lot of us are in the same UN fixed position. In the meantime, you can always advance the day on your device clock forward to match the time on the booster wheel, then go back into the game, spin the wheel, get a booster, and then go back to your device and reset it to set automatically. This works UNLESS you get 15 min of the UFO. After you play the timer out then make go back and reset your device to auto. You can do this several times to get boosters.
Appears this is not going to be fixed. After 2 months, why should we attempt to play CCS when nothing is being done to fix our problem with the Booster Wheel?

Hi…my booster wheel has been broke for over a month. Like everyone else the booster wheel in the events tab never times down enabling a spin. The one on the map is crazy out of date because I have been advancing to get some booster
help. It used to reset itself. Any suggestions would be great.

If you aren’t playing daily try just save boosters from the cinema watch for a few days to give you something to use.
I also have had the problem for months. Wish they’d figure out a good fix.
