Stuck on level 7641

In short:

Get a color bomb by opening one of the licorice shells. You can also start the level with a color bomb.
Match that color bomb with a candy of the same color as the frog. After that, you'll see that the frog is big and glowing.
Once the frog glows, tap on it, then tap on another spot on the board. The frog will jump to that spot and unblock the dragon.
