Progress Lost

I was away from Candy Crush for over a year and when I logged back in it does not show all my progress. More than half is not showing. I had it linked toa Facebook account but the progress is not showing when I log in.

Hi there and welcome back to Candy Crush Saga 😊

A couple of quick things to check:

Make sure you’re logged into the same Facebook account you originally used (sometimes players have more than one without realizing).
Log out of the game completely, restart your device, then log back in again.
Double-check that Facebook is properly connected under Settings → Account.

If the progress is still not correct after that, the best next step is to contact Support directly from the game so they can check your account history.

You can do this by going to:
Settings (cogwheel) → Account & Help → Help Center → choose your topic → scroll down → Contact Us.

They’ll be able to look up your previous progress and help restore it if it’s linked to your account.
