Why can't I accept lives sent to me ?

If your game has been saved, you won't lose your progress, but you'll lose your boosters and saved lives, so do not reinstall the game! This is a measure of last resort, and it does not always help to resolve issues anyway.

What do you mean you can't accept lives? Are you getting an error message? Are you seeing a timer? A screenshot would be helpful.

Hi tried all this still frozen ? Should I delete then reinstall.  But will I lose my progress?
