money has deducted from account but i did not get the gold bars

Thanks for letting us know and I’m sorry this happened.

If money was deducted but the Gold Bars didn’t appear, this needs to be reviewed by our Player Support team, since they can access purchase records.

Please reach out via the game app:
Settings → Account & Help → Help Center → select a purchase topic → scroll down → Contact Us and provide them the details of your purchase.

They’ll investigate and either restore the Gold Bars or guide you on the next steps.

You can also check with your app store (Apple / Google Play) to confirm the transaction status if needed.
