My money has been deducted from my account but I’m not receding the gold bars or extra moves. I bought the moves March 4th for $1.99 and March 5th for 3.99. I spend well enough money on this game not to receive what I pay for. What can I do?

For purchase issues, we’re unfortunately not able to access payment records here in the Community. The best and fastest way to resolve this is:
Option 1: Contact Player Support directly through the game app: Settings (cogwheel) → Account & Help → Help Center → choose any purchase-related topic → scroll down → Contact Us
They’ll be able to check the transaction and restore the items if needed.
Option 2: If the charge is still pending or looks unusual, you can also contact your payment provider (Apple / Google / etc.) to report the transaction.
Support can see the full purchase history and will sort this out properly for you.

Unable to purchase
Anyone else have an issue with the booster wheel not letting you spin? Mine says come back in xxx hours for the next spin, but the next spin never comes. I am so stuck on level 7280 and I need some booster help!!
Is anyone else’s games freezing and then crashing? The last few days my games are consistently freezing and crashing. Costing me gold bars and boosters. I have good internet service and am having the same problem using my data on my phone. update. Still having the same problem. My internet and my iphone 17 pro have not…
