I was in 11098 on IOS, cannot move candies, I had to restart the app. When I came back, I lost my progress (gold bar challenge, double rainbow)

Please note that the issue of people's games freezing is already being investigated by King
I reached out more than 10+ times but never able to contact or speak with any of the support team. I had to replay lots of stages due to the freeze, wasted hundreds of gold bars. So disappointed.

Unable to purchase
Anyone else have an issue with the booster wheel not letting you spin? Mine says come back in xxx hours for the next spin, but the next spin never comes. I am so stuck on level 7280 and I need some booster help!!
