Help needed with getting my treats

Hello!

I've been A Candy Crush Saga crusher since 2012. On level 12016. Was excited for the All Stars, and during my play, I hit my 6th day in the stamp challenge (where you get really nice treats ), they were not added to my account. This would have helped me get a little further since the levels I am on are very difficult to beat. I reached out to King three times to let them know and for help and I get an auto reply email to reach out to Community. I've never had this lack of response from King and feel duped. Spent lots of time, playing this game, I am a dedicated crusher and for what?

I don't think anyone works at King over the weekend @esosanko so that could explain your lack of response.

Everyone receives an automated reply as soon as they send an email to Support. After that response you have to wait 72 hours to see if you get a response from a Support agent. If you haven't had an email from an agent after 72 hours then reply to the original automated response stating that you still need help. Do not send multiple emails
