Failing to go through but wifi connection is strong

If the “Continue with Facebook” button is not working even with a strong Wi-Fi connection, please try these quick steps:
• Restart your device • Make sure the game is updated to the latest version • Check that the Facebook app is also updated • Log out of Facebook on your device and then log in again
After that, open the game and try connecting again.
If the problem continues, please contact Player Support through the game so they can check your account:
Settings (cogwheel) → Account & Help → Help Center and select your topic → scroll down → Contact Us
They will be able to look into the connection issue for you.
