I receiveI received a 9.99 dainty bundle package from google play pass.I redeemed it, but I did not get the credits
There is no "contact us" when you follow QueenB's instructions. There is now a "chat with us" . Follow that instead and then hopefully the chat bot will put you in touch with player support. It might be easier and quicker though to just contact Google directly for a refund.

Thanks for letting us know about this. Since this involves a purchase through Google Play Pass, the best thing to do is to contact our Player Support team so they can check the transaction and make sure the bundle is correctly added to your game.
You can reach them directly from the game app:
This way the support team will automatically receive your Game ID and device information, which helps them investigate the purchase faster.
If possible, it also helps to include a screenshot of the Google Play Pass redemption or receipt when you contact them.

Hi, I finished 23 tickets of the Yetis Draw out of 25 , still have 2 only to reach the big prize. But all tickets disspaeared on the board game and not appearing near the level number anymore. Where did they go ?
Is there a moderator on the forum anymore? This glitch just started today, the new levels that were just added are not syncing across my devices. All are up to date. It's also been saying occasionally about no connection, but closing out the game and restarting seems to take care of that. The real issue is the syncing…
Anyone else have an issue with the booster wheel not letting you spin? Mine says come back in xxx hours for the next spin, but the next spin never comes. I am so stuck on level 7280 and I need some booster help!!
