Please contact them directly through the game:
When you contact them this way, they will automatically receive your Game ID and device information, which helps them investigate the purchase much faster.
If you have a receipt or confirmation from the purchase, you can include it in the message when you receive a reply from Support.
They’ll be able to look into what happened and help resolve the issue ☺️

I can buy gold $2.99 and payment successfully and after showing error something wrong and didn’t receive gold 5 times already and my payment go to my account and I didn’t receive please fix issue and refund my money
