Hi, is it normal that in the All Stars tournament I can’t see the x10 multiplayer option, so I’m unable to use it?

My multiplayer is not working. I have already contacted support, checked for updates on my device and everything is up to date. I cleared the game cache, restarted my device, and even uninstalled and reinstalled the Candy Crush Saga app, but nothing has been resolved.
Did you by any chance use all six tokens in Qualifiers @Justyna12345 ? If so, then you have used them up. Those six tokens were for the entire competition and they do not refresh.
If you haven't used all of them but don't see the option, it's not normal, and you should contact Support regarding this, as suggested by PummyRaj.

The multiplier does not work in the old levels! Are you playing old levels or new levels?
If you are playing new levels and experiencing issues with the Tournament, the best thing for you to do is send a complaint to the Player Support team, directly from your game App!
Also, please try to close the App - restart your device and try playing again!
