I collected all the pins but I don't get the reward. After I collect new pins I get permanent color bomb 15 min and lollipop.

Same got the award but not the rewards.
I have needed only 3 pins to get my reward for over 2 weeks. Now it’s almost over and I have never earned the gold bars. I get close, but can’t get those last 2 or 3 even though I play every day🤪
Thanks for the reply! I will contact them, but I am doubting that the problem will be solved. I have had problems before and contacted the help center, and their first response was close apps/turn off your device/make sure CCS app are up-to-date/minimum of 2 GB of free space …, and the second one sent me to the community to ask for help.
