Progress Gone

Hello, why when playing a game, if I stop playing, even for a few minutes then go back in, it puts it as though I lost the level and starts me over again?? Even taking away my streaks, which is NOT cool!! Recently was on streak 17 to reach 21 and now it’s GONE! Not happy

Thank you for reporting .What device are you playing on? In the meantime, I’d recommend:

Fully closing the app (not just minimizing it)
Restarting and Update your device
Checking that you have enough free storage space
