Recently changed my phone and have been trying to retrieve my progress since my profile is linked to my Facebook account. But whenever I try to do so, it says something went wrong. Can anyone help so I don't lose my progress?
Still doesn't work. What do i do?

I understand how worrying it is when your progress doesn’t show up on a new device so let’s try a few quick things first:
1. Make sure you’re logged into the correct Facebook account Sometimes this is the main reason so double check it’s the same one you used before.
2. Restart the game and your device It sounds simple, but it can refresh the connection.
3. Check your game is up to date Go to your App Store / Google Play Store and make sure you have the latest version installed.
4. Reconnect Facebook to the game
