Check your Apple email; that is if it’s different from your the email address you use in king. I emailed cashstarsupport@bhn.com and they were fast with a response. I did however find my gold bars🙏🏾
I think if you are playing via Apple it might be quickest to ask them for a refund for "purchases not received". To buy 500 gold bars that must have been quite a lot of money. I would suggest you try get a direct refund from the company that holds your payment method.
this happened to me as well, still waiting on the GOLD so i sent an email thru the King support contact us button

You will normally receive an automatic reply first. Wait 72 hours and then if you haven't had a response from a person by then reply to the automatic reply stating that you still have a problem and would like someone to contact you.
Make sure you reply above the line as stated by the automatic reply

Hi, I finished 23 tickets of the Yetis Draw out of 25 , still have 2 only to reach the big prize. But all tickets disspaeared on the board game and not appearing near the level number anymore. Where did they go ?
Is there a moderator on the forum anymore? This glitch just started today, the new levels that were just added are not syncing across my devices. All are up to date. It's also been saying occasionally about no connection, but closing out the game and restarting seems to take care of that. The real issue is the syncing…
Anyone else have an issue with the booster wheel not letting you spin? Mine says come back in xxx hours for the next spin, but the next spin never comes. I am so stuck on level 7280 and I need some booster help!!
