No matter how much I try to click/tap play, the game hasn't been launching for several days on Facebook
Sorry @bobby571 there isn't a lot anyone here can do for you
There are that many issues lately with the game freezing, starting from level 1, connection errors and more that it is impossible to provide any kind of meaningful help.
Don't use Facebook is the best advice I can give as it seems riddled with problems. Also sometimes errors playing through Facebook are caused by Facebook and not King.
You aren't alone in your problem though, so if the issue starts to affect more people someone might actually look at the problem
