Does anyone know why I no longer have the multipliers for the all-star tournament?

All six actually, but yes. The app makes that quite clear. It tells you in the info on the screen.

So after using all 10, that's it, we won't be able to get any more?

Did you use them? If you click on the flashing. x10 in the circle on the right you use one. When all six have been used they are gone.
