I can’t connect my game to internet

Hi,

I’m having an issue connecting my game to the internet. I’ve already tried all the suggested solutions like restarting the game, turning Wi-Fi on and off, and checking my connection, but nothing worked.

I’m not sure what else I should do. Also, I’m currently on level 4990, and I’m worried that if I uninstall the game, I might lose my progress.

Could anyone please help me resolve this issue?

I am using iPhone 12 Pro Max, ios 28.3.1

Here is the screen shot, it says I am not connected to internet (but internet is connected and everything except this game work)

Can you please tell me what is the make and model of the device you're using to play the game? Along with that, can you please send me a screenshot of the connection issue that you're having?
