Game keeps freezing and shuts down

I have played many games that have frozen during a win or just in general when I use one of my boosters. I always lose a life and/or the booster. Even if I’ve purchased either. As soon as it freezes, I lose the life and/or booster. I’ve lost money purchasing both and losing it. I have spent too much money on this for no good reason but just to keep updating the game and it freezing to kick me off continuously. Please let me know what is going on. Thanks

At the moment, we’re not seeing a widespread issue affecting all players, but we do understand that some of you are still experiencing freezing or crashing from time to time.

To help rule out common causes, we recommend trying the following:

• Make sure your game is updated to the latest version
• Restart your device
• Check that you have enough free storage available (we recommend at least 2Gb)
• If you’re playing on Facebook, try switching to a different browser

If the issue is still happening after that and especially if:

• it affects your progress
• happens after a purchase
• or involves lost items

👉 the next step is to contact our Player Support team through the game.

The Player Support team will get access to your account details and can investigate your case more closely and follow up with you directly.

You can reach them by opening the game app and go to:
Settings (⚙️) —> Account & Help —> Help Center and select your topic —> scroll all the way down and select "Contact Us"
