Lost access to All Stars event while in 1st place (Final Qualifiers Round 1)

Hello,

I need help with a serious issue in Candy Crush Saga.

After reinstalling the game, the All Stars event disappeared from my account while I was competing in the final qualifiers (Round 1) and ranked in first place.

I have already contacted support multiple times, but I only received automated responses and no one has reviewed my case.

Has anyone experienced this or can a moderator please help review my account?

By reinstalling your game @yoongkl you have deleted all the game's data from your device and that is why you no longer see the All Stars. By deleting all of your data the game now thinks you didn't qualify.

I guess some of your data might be stored on King's servers but I have never read of a situation whereby King has ever reinstated someone's event progress after it has been deleted by the player.

The automated response is standard and you now have to wait for an agent to contact you. Do not send multiple complaints as that just confuses things. The problem you now face is that King do not work over the weekend and All Stars is time sensitive.

If an agent doesn't contact you after 24-72 hours then reply to the automated response stating that you still require help and ask an agent to contact you. Due to the timescales involved I would say your All Stars journey is over

I imagine plenty of people have experienced something similar, but it isn't a problem that can be fixed. Moderators cannot review your account as everyone that comments on your posts here is just a player of Candy Crush.

The only people that can review your problem is King and as you have already experienced their support isn't that great
