First of all, thanks for replying...and just like you, mine freezes and locks up...and I lose connection, which is strange.
Hello @Javierana I can't say for sure that the freezing issue is related to the loss of your multiplier tokens, but when my game froze at the level complete screen it took a long while for my phone to start working properly again.
After my game froze my device stopped working entirely, so I had to restart it. On restart my device was unresponsive and none of my apps would load.
From just my game freezing I thought that this was quite a pronounced and intrusive effect on my device.
The freezing issue is known to King, but they aren't solving it quickly and like I said I can't say the freezing causes the loss of the tokens, but after what happ to my device it is easy to see how it could be to blame.

I would appreciate it if a moderator could check if it's possible to verify the disappearance of two cards I haven't used. Thank you.
@Javierana sorry but the Moderators of this forum are just volunteers and they do not work for King, or have access to the games' programming.
Based on the number of complaints from people saying that their tokens have disappeared without being used I would say King aren't bothered about fixing any issues either.
You can try contacting King Player Support using the Help function of your game, but good luck in getting a helpful reply.
