I play game and i won 5 6 levels as compete for win 25 level streak also won colorful bomb for 24 hours but on one level game stuck i lost every progress now i need my progress back
The game freezing at the level complete screen and when using some boosters is an issue that King already know about and are investigating @4207524975
Whilst it seems to be affecting a lot of people (me included)
King don't seem able to quickly resolve the issue. All you can do is report your issue to King and leave your details in the thread linked below
You will not get your Win Streak, Candy Royale level progress, or Super Charger reinstated by King.

Hi, I finished 23 tickets of the Yetis Draw out of 25 , still have 2 only to reach the big prize. But all tickets disspaeared on the board game and not appearing near the level number anymore. Where did they go ?
Is there a moderator on the forum anymore? This glitch just started today, the new levels that were just added are not syncing across my devices. All are up to date. It's also been saying occasionally about no connection, but closing out the game and restarting seems to take care of that. The real issue is the syncing…
Anyone else have an issue with the booster wheel not letting you spin? Mine says come back in xxx hours for the next spin, but the next spin never comes. I am so stuck on level 7280 and I need some booster help!!
