Boosters Aren't Applying

According to the Play Store I have the latest version, but the last few times I've unlocked boosters from watching ads over the past couple days, they do not apply to my game. This morning I was on my last life and watched 3 ads for 5 extra moves, and since I had watched 6 ads, I got the purple present unlocked. It said I'd have a Flying Saucer for 10 minutes. Cool. But then when I returned to my game there was no Flying Saucer. This isn't the first time this has happened, and it's particularly annoying when I'm trying to play All Stars. Please help!

@Alienscar I had a similar situation with the friend-o-meter. I never received my 10 minute color bomb. I reached out to support.

Hello @Emma1203 it depends on what you mean by "when I returned to my game". The UFO from your Ads Quest isn't stored, so if you left your game and didn't return to it until more than ten minutes had passed then your ten minute UFO would have expired.

The timer of the UFO you obtain from the Ads Quest starts as soon as you get it and it doesn't stop just because you aren't playing your game.
