I wouldn't say it is irrelevant @christinewupp just because there has been plenty of complaints from people that think cheating is occurring on their leader board. If people want to report cheating that is their prerogative.

The numbers ore nonsensical because as a 'form letter' somethings in it will change based on the person using the form. Chichi might have used ******** instead but that might not have been clear to some people.

Oh! Well I certainly misread that one @Alienscar . They must have gained some template from previous years' posts or experiences then. It's a bit unfortunate those numbers are nonsensical. I'm also not sure that the King forum is a good place to post this.

Anyhow, it's irrelevant this year: The app is 100% in control of those leaderboards. I have zero doubt left in my mind after completing round 1/3. There is not a smidgeon of doubt left in me that I was playing against the app, not against players in real time. King have all that covered by their Terms and Conditions. The AI controls it all and nothing in the Terms and Conditions would suggest otherwise.

From the community side, we don’t have access to individual accounts or leaderboards to review specific players. What we can do is explain how scoring works and guide players to the right place if something feels off.

In this case, large score jumps are often linked to features like multiplier tokens, which can significantly increase points in a short time.

And if a player still feels something isn’t right, the best option is to contact Player Support so they can review the account directly.

Hello @QueenB @christinewupp it seems to me from what @Chichigreen has written that you have both misunderstood the intent of their post.

Chichi isn't writing to complain about a high scoring player in their game they are just trying to help other people that encounter suspicious behaviour by creating a form letter for people to cut and paste to Support.

The high numbers in Chichi's post are placeholders that other people need to change to suit their predicament before they contact Support

Where did you get those numbers from @Chichigreen ? Those are numbers from 2024 or 2025. This year numbers in the millions are not possible even for cheaters or bots to achieve. If this is a new post rather than a copy from last year perhaps you might like to show us the leaderboard to illustrate your claim that someone is scoring 4 million. That would throw every bit of my recent theories about this event to shreds!

@QueenB I am not sure where this post came from before you updated it, but it seems like a copy from last year because it is quoting numbers that would have been suspicious in 2025. This year without the 30x multiplier we cannot see numbers in the millions. Could this be a post from a previous year?

What you’re seeing can often be explained by how multiplier tokens work. When players use these, they can significantly boost the points they earn over a short period of time. So it might look like someone suddenly jumps by millions of points, even if they’ve been playing continuously.

That said, fair play is something we take seriously. We don’t have visibility into individual player accounts here in the community, but all activity is monitored on the system side to ensure the competition remains fair for everyone.

If you ever feel something doesn’t seem right, the best step is to report it directly to Player Support so the team can take a closer look. You can contact them through:
Settings (cogwheel) → Account & Help → Help Center → select a topic → scroll down → Select Contact Us
