Ads still not working

First it was a Kohls ad that could not be closed and could not earn extra moves or gold bars. Then just a black screen with no ad and now the grocery store Smiths keeps popping up and at the top says Reward Received, there is no function when pushing the "x" to obtain the reward. The top of the screen seems dead for touch. Loosing extra moves and gold bars every game for a week now.

Hello @RoxAnnaF there have been plenty of complaints about adverts not working as they should, but at the moment it doesn't look like King are going to fix them any time soon.

Regarding the X being 'dead' this is also something that other people have complained about but I don't think King are taking it too seriously at the moment as it doesn't seem to effect many people.

Have you tried changing the orientation of your phone. In my game I have a couple of adverts that cause the top of the screen to be dead as you describe. I have found that if I change the orientation of my device to landscape the X button then works. This doesn't work for every advert, but it is worth trying for those that it will work with.
