Booster Wheel Problem

I’m having the same issue with the booster wheel using my iPad as others are having. My grandkids skipped ahead on date/time and it won’t reset. Also the one counting down says ‘x’ number of hours but never lets you play.

I understand you are working on the issue. Could you let us know when you feel you have resolved the problem and then we’ll know if it should be working correctly.

My iPad date/time are set correctly. I tried several different ways to reset the booster wheel, (this being the one on the ‘play’ screen) closing CC and resetting time date to match the wrong time/date on the booster wheel, setting it to 0, opening CC and I’m able to spin, but once you reset the date/time to automatic, close and re-open CC, it goes back to the incorrect number of weeks till next spin. I agree, that before when this happened, resetting the time/date corrected things. It doesn’t now. Then I read there was a problem with the booster wheel. That is the reason why I was asking if it has been fixed because I am still having the same problem.

The ‘other’ booster wheel shown on the screen that shows baker’s box, season pass, daily treat, etc shows 11 hours vs like 55 weeks on the one on the play screen. The 11 hours counts down but you never get it at a point you are able to spin.

And yes, the app is on the current version.

I am sorry to hear that you are still experiencing issue with the Daily Spin wheel!

I am not sure which other feature you have that has counting down as different groups of players different features!
The reason you are not able to play that feature is because your device date/time are not set correctly! Once that is set, that feature should work properly👍

With regards to the Booster wheel — Can you check if you have updated the game App to the latest version and let me know?
