IIm Confused on the passport do we really have yo have it by Apirl 8 because I didn't read that no where and im waiting on mine please tell me im not doing this for nothing and I love candy crush and the live finals not until June

Hi @Cuttywee, I do not work for King, in fact no one here that replies to you does, so nothing I or anyone tells you is official. As the T&Cs use the word 'strictly' then this would appear to give those without an existing passport no wiggle room at all. I agree that having to have your travel documents in place before the competition has even finished seems unjustified on the part of King, but it it is their competition and money so they are free to make the rules as they see fit.

As I said I do not work for King, so I do not want to mislead you or give you false hope, but in my opinion no one playing this game will have all the necessary paperwork in place on the 8th April, so King are severely restricting the entrants that can attend if they stick to the word of the T&Cs. Maybe that is their intent.

Hello @Cuttywee . I did answer you over in the official thread just now but will add it here as well:
There are still at the very least 50,000 participants in the round that starts today, so at this point your chances of needing a passport are extremely small. This coming round will be brutal and no one is "nearly there" at this stage. That is one point to make.
Secondly in my country at least (which is the UK) there are means to get a passport at very short notice for emergencies at an additional cost. So if you do make it through this round then contact your passport office and check what is available in your country to speed up the process. For example: If your mother died in a foreign country then there must surely be a means to get a passport (at a cost) to get to the funeral in time. Such an option must exist where you are as well. But don't think about it now. Just see how you actually get on in this coming round.

This may include a passport, driver’s licence, national identity card, and any required visa or other government authorisation needed to travel to and attend the Live Final;
