Since this involves rewards linked to your account, the best next step is to contact Player Support directly from the game. From here in the community, we don’t have access to account details to check or resend rewards.
You can contact them by going opening the game app and go to: Settings → Account & Help → Help Center → Select your topic → then scroll all the way down the article and select → Contact Us
Once you reach out, they’ll be able to review your account and help you with the missing rewards.
