Hi @kaydia thanks for sharing this. I’d like to understand a bit better what’s happening with your rewards.

When you win a race, can you confirm:

• Do you see the pop-up showing the Gold Bars before you close it?
• After you collect them, does your Gold Bar balance stay the same?

If possible, next time you win a race:

• take a screenshot of the reward pop-up before closing it
• then check your Gold Bar balance right after

Also, let me know if you get any error message when collecting the reward.

Settings → Account & Help → Help Center → Select the topic (items not received) → Scroll all the way down on the article and select → Contact Us

They’ll be able to look into your account and help restore anything missing if needed.
