Unfortunately, some ads do not work as intended. The best way to make the King advertisement team aware of issues is to use the process described in the following article from our Help Center.

In addition to reporting ads, you might find the following tips helpful:

When you tap on the "x" button and it redirects to the advertiser's website, you might try to tap on the "back" button on your device. It might return you to the game but you might or might not get the reward for watching the ad.
On some ads, there is a button in a bottom corner of the ad. After tapping on that button, you can select "Broken" from a set of options.

It is important to report faulty ads. The more complaints submitted about a given ad, the greater the likelihood it will get fixed or removed completely

My adverts have frozen this morning. Black screen.

It's happening over 10 times in a row, can't do anything. These adds should be removed

This add that is frozen seems to actually be the Candy crush all star add, see screen shot,

So can candy crush fix this.

I'm having this same issue, it pops up every other ad, there is no x to click or button at bottom of add to click. The only way is to close the game, very annoying.
