I lost the majority of earned lives and boosters

I'm on level 11866. A few levels ago I noticed that almost all of my lives and boosters have disappeared. I had over 3,000 lives and 90+ boosters (of all categories) earned over thousands of levels and now I'm down to 16 lives and 15 boosters or less. I asked help and they said they couldn't do anything about it. What?! While I still have an accurate level progress, the other earned and accumulated disappeared when all of the glitches started happening — game closing unexpectedly, not getting prized, etc. All of my computers that I've played on show the exact same thing: progress saved, everything else diminished to virtually nothing — so the information that it's saved in a particular 'cloud' on a certain browser is not accurate because I've tried them all.

I am sorry but this is true: Only our game progress and gold balance is stored in the cloud. The lives and boosters are device specific, and those of us who play on several devices have different numbers of saved lives different inventories on each device. Your boosters are stored inside the app on our phones. So anyone who uninstalls the app loses all that information. It's not stored at King's servers.
