Dear Support, my aunt just created a King account. She always played offline on her tablet, reaching level 19579 with 5920 gold bars (accumulated over the years).
She also has the game on an Android phone (barely used) at a low level with only 100 gold bars.
After creating the account on the tablet, the game kept level 19579 but the gold bars dropped to 100, erroneously syncing the phone's balance and overwriting the 5920 gold bars she had on her tablet.
How can she restore the 5920 gold bars that disappeared during the account link?
She already opened a ticket but received only an automated response with no solution.
