Game keeps closing our unexpectedly and other glitches

This has happened several times where I'll be playing a game and then it suddenly closes and I lose the game and any boosters I used at the start of it. Glitches, losing lives and boosters, freezing, etc. on a brand new computer seems to indicate a game issue? I also lost thousands of lives and over 90+ of each type of boosters that are gone even when I tried to play on the exact computer where I had earned up those lives/boosters over the past years. I've lost a taste for this game and think I'm going to give Royal Match a try for comparison.

The T&Cs of the game make it clear that King are under no obligation to replace items that you obtained just by playing the game.

On the other hand if you have lost items that you paid money for King is more likely to compensate you in some way if you contact Player Support to complain.
