Lost coins

Question

Iv been stuck on 12844 for some time now.  I decided to use 10 coins in order to get more moves, the coins were used but no additional moves were given whereas I should have got 255 extra moves. I’m disappointed as I would have passed the level with the extra moves I purchased using my coins.  Also I was almost first in the race and would have gained 45 coins so all in all I have lost 55 coins. Please help

Yes @jazakira I understood what you meant, but because you didn't actually win the Episode Race you can't in reality claim that you have lost the gold.

Whilst the issue in your game stopped you from winning the Episode Race unless you have screenshots proving that you used your ten gold and didn't receive the 255 moves then King are unlikely to give you the ten gold bars let alone the 45.

regarding the 45 coin, I lost due to me not completing the level, I meant to say if I had cleared the level then I would have won the race and got the 45 gold bars. But lost out due to the extra moves weren’t given when I purchased with my 10 gold coins

Unfortunately @jazakira once you have used your gold there is very little chance of getting it returned back to you.

If you have screenshots of the before and after situation regarding the 255 moves then you could consider contacting King Player Support. Without screenshots there is not much chance of them helping you.

Also you will definitely not receive the 45 gold bars from an Episode Race that you did not win.
