When I synced my account with Facebook, my bars went from 250 to 30. Can someone help me?

Or have I completely lost them?

Hi @esmema Welcome to the Community 🤗 You should be able to get them back by contacting Player Support, the best way to do that is to

• Open your game
• Tap the Settings (cogwheel)
• Go to Account & Help
• Tap Help Center
• Choose any topic
• Scroll down and tap Contact Us

Explain to them what happened, you will initially receive an automated reply. Take and keep a screenshot of that reply. You would be best to reply back to the automated reply, don't send any new emails. It isn't a quick process, it could take some days, but stick with it.
