I play on my phone and made a purchase for $5.99, but I did not receive my items, and its is showing up on my cr with credit card ..do I dispute this with my bank
Hello @Chatypaty have you tried signing out of your game, restarting your device and then signing back into your game? Sometimes this can help with purchasing issues.
If you have tried restarting your device then who you contact very much depends on how you made the purchase
If you used Klarna, OXXO, or PIX to make your purchase then you will have to contact your bank.
If you used an approved purchasing method then you will have to contact King Player Support quoting your order number and including a copy of your receipt.
