unlimited play (aka 69 gold bars) lost because glitch forces me to reload game

Question

There's a glitch in this part, where it won't register when I click on the chest, meaning I'm stuck! I have to reload the game, which would be fine, except I lose progress AND the 6 HOURS OF UNLIMITED PLAY that I spent 69 hard-earned gold bars on! Again!!

Also, I did NOT ask for this championship to pop open, it happens automatically.

I'm using Safari (because the game will no longer load in Chrome!) on a Macbook and playing through Facebook.

Help?

I actually did get a pretty fast response! It just didn't pertain to the issue in any way whatsoever… But thank you for pointing me in the direction of the support line.
