Candy Crush Saga Help

I logged out of my candy crush and when i logged back in my level was not restored. How can i solve this issue? I was aprox at 12700 level. Please find my account ID attached.

Since your progress wasn’t restored after logging back in, let’s double check a couple of things first:

• Are you logged in with the same account (email/Facebook/King account) you used before?
  Sometimes progress appears missing if the game is connected to a different account by mistake.
• Try restarting your device and opening the game again, just to refresh the connection.

If everything looks correct and your level is still not showing, the best next step is to contact Player Support so they can securely check your account and restore your progress if needed.

• Tap the Settings (cogwheel)
• Go to Account & Help
• Tap Help Center
• Choose your topic
• Scroll down and tap Contact Us
