So, why can’t I get Hand / Free Switch boosters anymore?
We’re currently updating how boosters work in Candy Crush Saga. As part of this, the Free Switch (Hand) booster is no longer available from some features like the Daily Booster Wheel and Sweet Cinema.
The team is working on a simpler set of boosters that are easier to understand and more powerful in clear moments (for example row/column clear, UFO, and hammer). That means a few older boosters will gradually appear less often or be replaced over time.
Any Hand boosters you already have in your inventory will still work, and you can keep using other in-level boosters like the Lollipop Hammer or UFO to help on difficult levels.
Your feedback about the switch booster is being shared with the game team as they finalise these changes, but I can’t promise if or when it will return.
I'm already certain that Free Switch and Striped Brush boosters are on its phasing stage. This can also be proved more further as no Chocolate Box will ask you to use Free Switch since late-February
The regular appearance and disapppeance of features @Charleyfarley is not really that unusual and is how King has always managed the game features.
They call it testing everyone else calls it annoying.

Based on what I’m seeing, it looks like we might be missing the top section of the post, the part that shows the Category and Post Type dropdowns.
Could you please send us another screenshot where we can see the top of that post form too? We just want to check whether the right values are selected as sometimes on mobile, it’s easy to miss that part and it can cause weird bugs like this.
As yet you haven't supplied the requested screenshot. The one that you have provided doesn't show the requested information.
Can you share a screenshot of when you start a new discussion that looks like mine below.

I get all that but seems there’s so much chopping and changing. i.e. a month or so ago I was receiving switches from sweet cinema. Then, they were removed. A little later, I was receiving them again. Today, they were gone again. This does not sound like a plan - more like the left hand doesn’t know what the right hand is doing.

My guess @Charleyfarley is that too many people use the Hand Switch to obtain an advantage in leader board competitions and this is why they are limiting its availability.
Move a Sprink off an elevator to make a level last longer.
Move two Colours Bombs/Super Charger together at the start of every level.
King don't want boosters that can be used in ways that they don't control.
I need it back. Make improvements to the game. Not take good rewards away.
Oh @Charleyfarley I did think about you the other day and wondered if you was still having problems, you've just confirmed you are 🤕. I'm not talking about the booster, I'm talking about you being able to create a post.
At least I am getting tags, that's a good sign for me, another 🤕 every now and again.
Are you able to take a screenshot and attach it of your 'Notification Preferences'. If you can I will check it against mine and see if there's any noticeable difference that would stop you starting a new post. Not sure if checking that would help, but it's worth a try.
Difficult one this, isn't it @QueenB I know you've looked into this before, but there must be an answer, surely 🙄. Also nothing to do with Candy Crushable, but I can understand why Charleyfarley has posted here.

Hi, I finished 23 tickets of the Yetis Draw out of 25 , still have 2 only to reach the big prize. But all tickets disspaeared on the board game and not appearing near the level number anymore. Where did they go ?
