My partner set up his Candy Crush account with an old Facebook profile which he no longer has.
He got logged out of Candy Crush and can no longer get his progress back. I know his username, but nothing else works.
When he links it with his new Facebook, it goes back to level 1. When he tries to use his email it doesn’t send him the email to reset his password.
Anybody have any idea how we can retrieve his progress?
