i lost my treasure map and everything while reinstalling the app. I am on level 7000+ and my app was freezing constantly. I reinstalled it and now every ability and gift is gone

That is just the way the app works @ramshariazz
Your gold and level progress is saved by King (as long as you created a game account), everything else (boosters and lives) is saved on your device.
When you reinstalled the app you deleted all the game data stored on your device and this is why all of your boosters have gone.
There is no way to get them back.
