Why the kings account keeps on redirecting me to my email for confirmation I don't understand and mind you it's not sending confirmation link to my mail. Someone help.

Thanks for reaching out and sorry for the trouble with your King account.

When you sign in, we ask you to confirm your email so we can keep your account safe, but if the confirmation email isn’t arriving, please try the following:

• Check that the email address on your account is spelled correctly.
• Look in your Spam/Junk/Promotions folders and search for “King” just in case it was filtered there.
• Wait at least 10–15 minutes and try resending a couple of times.

If you still don’t receive anything after that, please contact our Player Support from the in‑game. Here’s how to reach them:

• Open your game
• Tap the Settings (cogwheel)
• Go to Account & Help
• Tap Help Center
• Select your topic
• Scroll down and tap Contact Us

They’ll be able to look into your account details and help you complete the verification.
