Unable to start Candy Royale race after leveling up

Hi everyone,

I’m facing an issue in Candy Crush Saga where I’m unable to start a Candy Royale race.

Every time I level up, I get a message saying: “Complete level 3306 (it's saying to complete the next level )

to start your race!”

But even after completing the required level, the race does not start.

What I’ve tried:

Restarted my phone

Uninstalled and reinstalled the game

Checked that I’m using the latest version

Logged in and out of my account

Device details:

Phone: Vivo T3 Ultra (8GB RAM, 256GB storage)

Game version: Latest available

This issue keeps repeating and I’m unable to participate in the event.

I’ve attached screenshots showing the problem.

Could someone please help me fix this?

My game user ID is 12712088317. This problem did not exist before. It started (when I noticed) on level 3212, and I am currently on level 3381.

You’re right, this does look a bit off. I’ve seen similar cases before, but they usually happen much later in the game, so seeing it here is definitely unexpected.

Could you do me a quick favor and share your Game ID with me? I’ll pass this on to the studio so they can take a closer look.
