I'm 1/2 way through collecting blue balls and suddenly it has stopped working. ???

Last week I lost box 4 and I lost a lot of rewards because it stopped recording my win.

This is really unfair. I need these rewards in order to finish the last level.

Did you get stuck on that level? You need to finish the level to get the Blue Candies recorded. (As it requires to collect them in new level wins)

Minus cases involving an unsaved profile that was started from a user who has an account at the top of the map and played the next new levels with that account it is not possible to get the Old box if you're not at the near end of the map.

For End of Map players. this occurs for End Of Map players because Star Tournament does not work with tasks involving new levels and there's no source of progressing it.

If you have an account at the end of the map (Which has old box) and you start a new profile without saving it, you will see the new box (Assuming you start it on Monday). But if you play new levels from your end of map account at Wednesday, the other unsaved profile will be messed up. For instance:

• The since playing year will be the ones from your end of map account (Which I believe it happens even if the main account isn't end of map) and not the correct ones (In my case the defunct alt has started at 2026 but while two days after (Which was unsaved) it changed to 2012, it was able to be corrected to 2026 after contacting support).
• After finishing the current box (Which should be new ones), you'll be indefinitely receiving Old boxes as if the other unsaved profile is also at the end of the map. But because in reality it isn't, you'll be able to do all four tasks of the last task at all times (As you'll have a lot of levels to do), not on Wednesdays where you get new levels (And until you finish all levels).

This issue may be described in detail if I can. I just only posted some more things about how Chocolate Box works.
