I’ve recently purchased different gold bars and payment was deducted but I’m unable to receive my purchasees

I understand how concerning it can be when a payment is involved. Unfortunately, we are not able to resolve issues related to purchases in this Community. Such issues need to be handled directly by King's Player Support team, as they’re the only ones who can securely check your transaction history and make sure either the items are delivered or the charge is fully refunded.

Please reach out to Player Support through your game:

• Tap the gear icon ⚙️ —> Account & Help —> ? Help Center —> Select the topic of the issue you are having and scroll all the way down and tap “Chat With Us.”
