I am writing to report an issue I have been experiencing with one of the levels in Candy Crush.
About a year ago, I made a payment in order to pass a specific level. At that time, everything worked as expected. However, since then, the level has become unplayable for me. The main issue seems to be that the video feature is no longer available or functioning.
I would appreciate your help with the following:
- Investigating why the video option is no longer available
